Greetings and Blessings on this the Third Sunday After Epiphany.
Rev. John would like you to read the Gospel passage from Luke 4:14-21. Read it and reread it several times. Think about the significance and importance of Jesus reading the Isaiah scroll in the synagogue. This is truly a watershed moment in his ministry. What does the unrolling of the Isaiah scroll mean for us today in the context of a broken world?
The Hymns for this Third Sunday after the Epiphany are as follows: If possible look them up on Google or YouTube and listen to them.
Processional Hymn: Let Us Build a House (All Are Welcome)
Gradual Hymn: Jesus Loves Me
Offertory Hymn: Go Tell It On The Mountain
Recessional Hymn: I Am the Light of the World
